On an oil rig off the Colombian coast, an executive and the crew are murdered, and ER Doctor Elias Castillo is recruited by an investigator to assist with forensics.
During their inspection, Elias uncovers an ancient Mayan rune of the Crow on the Skull, the symbol of the mysterious Shaman that triggers the killer’s pursuit to Rio de Janeiro. But Elias is disturbed by premonitions of oil rig disasters that are coming true. The frantic hunt for the killer through Latin America turns to flight when the investigative team is blamed for murder.
